Mine had the blank sync version and no OTAs. Took it in for 21G01. Now bluecruise is working and I received my first OTA a day later. Hoping things are back on the right track!

No Fullscreen android...the rental had it so was hoping mine would come back with it. I'm def on 22177, but BC is working. Used it today and was great.

I called the OTA hotline today. They said 21G01 may come off hold the end of this month. Fingers crossed.

Sounds like some who were stuck are now unstuck. Has anyone that fits the description above received these recent updates?

Thank you for the reply and researching my VIN. I called Ford this morning and they confirmed that a stop work notice was issued on 21G01 effective 1/4/2023. Apparently it can cause issues with the IPC module. They've directed dealers to halt work and wait for further instruction.
