Thanks for responding! I actually work at a Ford plant. I'm trying to get someone there to call a contact in Detroit to see if it can be straightened out. $3500.00 plus 0% for 72 months is worth fighting for!!! I'm going in Sunday to pick it up, hopefully I can still get it after the purchase...

Yes I asked my dealer and Ford's marketing dept., which they both use the same Smart Vincent system. Neither found anything under my trucks VIN# or my name!

That's great for you!! I'm still having issues getting the rebates and financing straightened out. Truck is at the dealer waiting on me to pick it up. They're saying all the paperwork was submitted correctly and can't understand why I'm not getting it. Even bumped it up to the zone manager and...

Let me know what happens, bc my truck is on it's way and my dealer said it's only showing a 1500.00 rebate. Everything that article says, happened to me. 2021 got canceled, converted it to a 2022. Heck, even both order numbers were the same, exactly the same!!
