    Interesting, does the mic have any insulation behind it? Wondering if you can absorb or dampen the background noise coming from the top. I don't have my truck yet however I do take A LOT of calls in the car and this would drive me nuts.

    In talking to Ford Canada customer service today my delivery to dealer date is October 26. When I last spoke to them on September 14 the delivery date was October 18.

    Technically you exceeded your payload limit because you still needed to put yourself in the drivers seat to drive the truck :) I'm assuming you weigh more than 8 pounds.

    Dealer screwed up, even if was all of sudden on constraint the dealer has to notify you to approve the change. Again falls back on the dealer.
