Have two houses, one in northern AZ and the other in central Georgia. Lot of road trips back and forth. Generally don't fly (in a plane) unless it's going to be a quick turn.

Just got my truck back from the shop. The test drive will be a cross-country trip and back. Looking at the invoice, seems they replaced just about everything inside the tranny.

It certainly does. I struggled with that for quite a while. The PSA is really frustrating in certain instances though. It's like the truck slams on the breaks when it sees a curve coming up. Definitely an attention getter.

Mine had been changed for the third time, probably every 30K miles, prior to this.

Finally got my estimate back from the dealer. Took my breath away. Hard to trade in a truck that has a basically in-op transmission.

Mine has been in the shop for 3 weeks as of today. They told me last night they're finally going to dig into it today.

Yep, two weeks into it and they're still not 100% sure. As of about 2 hours ago they're leaning towards the CDF drum. Supposed to get a better update tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

My S23 will still disconnect, and almost immediately reconnect, when wired. This problem has been around for a year or two.

Had to put mine in the shop last week for that same, and other issues. Mine was also slipping pretty bad going into 4th and 7th. Initial diagnosis from the only place that will touch it, the local Ford dealer, is the CDF drum. Still waiting for final diagnosis and repair.

Coming up on 130K and still have the original brakes, albeit 90% of those miles are highway miles. Nary a peep.

First off, want to give a huge shout out to @rugedraw for getting me through the upgrade. First-time use of both FDRS and FORSCAN and his help was both immense and reassuring. We're still working one configuration issue, but the truck still runs, so it's all good. Left Prescott AZ on Friday...

That was actually the first place I looked, but didn't appear to be the issue.

Is the BCM update something I need/should get? FDRS is telling me I need an additional username/password from a separate organization? Thanks

It was, that's the reason i was a little surprised i got the low SOC message
