I've had this happen a few times. I messed around with the temp/fans to no avail.

So, I was at the store and a 2021 Fusion hybrid-EV went into reverse... No backup beep... only the buzz of the artificial nose. I talked to the owner who had just taken delivery 2 weeks earlier and he was not aware of any reverse beeping on his vehicle.
