Yes that Feb 7 update in que has never come thru. Coud be I'm stuck. You would think in 6 or 7 weeks it would have completed it's download.

To you do a master reset on the Ford pass app or on the sync 4 system naming you as the new owner?

Thanks. Sounds like the truck has never gotten a single OTA update in 17 months and thus no update version history. Weird it would give message saying, “Up to date”.
