Dealing with a low coolant / color change and no apparent leaks hear as well. I do have a squeaking Heat Exchanger but I have felt all around it and there is no evidence of leaks or residue of a leak. So, from my understanding:
lower than MIN coolant could be one or more of the following:

The thought crossed my mind… but resale would likely be impacted. If I get 90k out a shifter, and it’s easy to replace… not too bad. Not right, but not insane either.
So my 88k km PB gave me the shifter death growl the other day when raising from folded position. Today, when trying to go from park to drive, it growled again. Part is 320$ cad. Anyone replace it on their own yet? Does the computer need reprogramming to see the new shifter if I replace it...
Just noticed this the other day on mine. No noticeable leaks, smells, same as everyone else. Have the coolant below the min level. Dealer just replaced a pinion seal, no coolant issue to disconnect. My heat exchanger squeaks but doesn’t leak… I do need to check with a cloth though. 88k Km on...
Not sure, the truck had issues with not shutting off after charging the battery. The dealer did a bunch of stuff and fixed that problem, but it still occurs when using the 7.2. I don't know if that would update the IPMA. Is there a way to tell what version the IPMA has?
Nope. The message in the photo comes on when you try to turn the lane keeping. Press it 50 times, you get the same message every time until you restart. Then it's fine and working again.
Eco on or off doesn’t matter. Forscan will show the hi voltage battery state of charge go to 59, 60, 61%, but the engine does not turn off. If you put it in drive, it should turn off, but it’s a fault with these, software based, and none of the stealerships around me have any idea how to fix it...
if that was the case, if actually starts slowing the truck down if you ignore the wheel input. I don’t think there is a number of ‘wheel input’ reminders before it crashes the system and turns off.
The only way to turn it back on is to stop the truck, and power off. I don’t know if needs a power off or just a park setting to reset. I have always power cycle the start stop switch to reset it.
Clarified my original post just now. The lane centering of the steering is shutting off, for no apparent reason. Same highway. Same visibility, ac on, no moisture on the glass in front of the camera)
Hey all,
I have co-pilot assist 2.0 (lane centering with ten second reminder, not blue cruise) and had a problem where it would turn off after a few hours of driving. I brought it to the dealer for this and another continued issue with the truck not turning off when using the generator, and...
Anyone know if we can help mega develop this? Put a sticky on the forum for funding the research ?
A few other ideas:
1. Does the BMW servo fit the same servo connector? Has anyone tried it?
2. Anyone tried understand the pinout on the servo?
3. Is it on the Canbus network?
4. Arduino and a...
OK, if anyone with a lift handy, and feels the need to find the truth at the expense of time... could the hypothetical 'we' test the idea of the delta temp sensor throwing codes or not? I would think it is just a matter of installing the bypass loop, leaving the servo connected. I think this...
If you want a way to fund your research, develop a hack for the heat exchanger delete! You will sell millions of them, since the HE is a common failure point, and not really needed!
