Dealer update yesterday that it was at Ramp 51 in Flat Rock, MI. Email from Ford this morning that it has shipped; estimated arrival at my dealer 12/21 to 12/27. These dates are still consistent with the date range provided with my “your truck has been built” email received from Ford last week...

I received an email directly from Ford acknowledging receipt of my order, about 2 or 3 days after my dealer submittted it (11/1). My next email from them gave me a production week (11/29), and which included my VIN. Late in the week of 11/22 I was able to pull up my window sticker on the Ford...

Hope you’re right....I’ve basically given up on the trackers....haven’t worked for me in a few weeks now. If it wasn’t for the “activate vehicle “ button, the modules being populated and the email from Ford, I would have major questions. Since all those things have shown up in the last 36 hours...

That is odd, but so is everything else it seems about how consistently Ford does - or does not - communicate with their customers. It will be interesting to see how the ship our trucks,although yours is KC and mine is MI....

And your activate vehicle button went active 3 or 4 days ago, as I recall. Hmmm.... you can see your vehicle on the tracker?

Has anyone seen a “checklist” of the most common issues buyers have seen with the 21’s for us to use when we check our purchases with the dealers? I noted the door Alignment problems with the screws, for example, and the fuses not being fully seated as examples...

Did you receive earlier emails directly from Ford? I got two earlier ones - the first confirming receipt of my order, and the second giving me the production week with the VIN

So the date range in the email from Ford may be overly optimistic?

Thank you for the reminder- I've been checking everywhere else - nothing on any of the trackers, can't pull up my window sticker, and nothing on the FordPass app yet - but I forgot to check the modules. I just checked, and it looks like it's finally alive! ?

Just an update - trackers not working for me, cannot access window sticker, and no "activate vehicle" on FordPass. Production week 11/29; blend date 12/2. :(
