Had them in my Ex, have them in my raptor. They’ve always worked perfect for me. I stick between setting 2 or 3 depending on whether it’s more of a misting or “big ol fat rain”. If you stop trying to micromanage it and forget about it, it’s a lot more convenient. A good application of rain x and...
You could just throw a ratchet strap around the spare and hang it. I didn’t want it under there because the last thing I want is a corroded seized jack but it would have been way more tidy.
I don't want to be a shill for BuiltRight, but Matt, the owner, has done a comparison between some Amazon special panels and his own. Those Amazon panels seem to be made of really thin metal and have a lot of flex. Some of them are plastic. The MOLLE pattern doesn't seem to be standard either...
Part 2!
The last thing I wanted to hang from this is the jack extension, rather than rattle around in the console or storage box. I'm not sure if the jack extension is a Raptor only thing, or if other trims have it.
What I wanted to do was create a captive stud to go through the holes and have...
The enclosure just shipped. So that will be coming soon. Shop expects to have it for four days. I probably won’t get pictures of everything going but I will make a very detailed write up on what I did and what it’s like
I'm in the early stages of installing a new audio package for my 801a. Part of that package is a full length behind-the-seat subwoofer enclosure for two 10" woofers. I'll detail that in future posts. But that enclosure requires me to remove the factory jack mount behind the rear passenger side...
At first I found myself wants to see when it works to try and notice the difference. But at this point I just set it and forget it and just enjoy the extra light without stressing about when/where it's working. I've had zero indications that it's causing an issue for other drivers so in time...
Seems like you might have found a way for the cluster to tell you when HB are on or off while in GF mode. I think some folks were asking for that. Right now all we can do is watch when the fog lights come on and off (assuming you don't have Bambi mode on).
Thanks for the help! I apologize if this is a remedial question but is this something dealer has to do? Will they do it as part of my 10k service or do I have to ask them?
I ended up fixing it by turning the rain sensing on in the Guest profile. Apparently the wiper settings are dependent on what’s chosen in the guest profile, not the profile you’re currently in.
Could anyone tell me if there's anything on deck for my Raptor?

Thanks in advance! Rain Sensing wipers don't seem to enable, they just stay on intermittent. I'm thinking it's a module issue.
