Unscheduled…again! This is turning into ridiculous bullshit

Got an email yesterday that the 250 Tremor I ordered prior to the release of the 150 Tremor has been built and will ship to my dealer between August 14-20. Still no VIN in the 150…Damn!

If the window for ordering 21’s is closed and we don’t have VINs yet is it safe to assume that the orders already in the queue will be built?

They can keep mine, was gonna disable it anyway. Don’t know if I should contact my dealer about it though. Everything he’s learned about the Tremor line he seems to have heard from me. Doesn’t seem to be on top of this line of trucks.

Bought a new AT4 in January, dealer had to rebuild top end of engine in May after 8K miles. He said it was the third one so far this year. All new lifters and pushrods. Nice truck but I lost all confidence after that, sold it back to dealer for 3K more than I paid. No more GM products for me.

Currently 8 Tremors within 100 miles of me that are dealer ordered with VIN’s. At least 2 of them have most/some of what’s included in my build. If they show up before I get a VIN I’ll eat my $500 deposit. This is bullshit.

Agreed, but the difference in having a truck and having no truck is huge. I sold my AT4 back to the dealer a month ago because of engine issues after 8K miles. I need a truck and if they can’t give me a build date in a reasonable amount of time then I may have to move on the 250. Especially if...

Got a build date on my 250 Tremor of 8/3. If nothing starts moving on the 150’s I may just end up keeping that 250, it’s a nice truck also.

Any VINs today?

So like I said before, I originally ordered a 250 Tremor around 6/5 but canceled the order once I saw the F150 Tremor order window open. Or so I thought. Got an email from Ford last night that the F250 is scheduled for production the week of 8/3. Guess maybe the dealer decided to let it go...

Any way to check on Tremors coming to your area without having to input all your info on the locator?
