Is there any way to set the "Fuel Economy" number to a certain value with Forscan?
Last night after I filled up, I accidentally reset the "Fuel Economy", and not "Trip 2" screen, so now I no longer have the lifetime average mileage for the truck. Wondering if there is any way to get that back...
Thanks for all the responses everyone. Seems like my issue might be related to battery voltage. When I'm getting low voltage notifications through fordpass, bed lighting doesn't work, so I'm guessing it's a circuit that is turned off or something when the battery gets too low.
Has worked fine...
No ota updates that I'm aware of, will check tomorrow to see if there's been a change to sync or anything.
Interestingly, when I push the button on the dash to illuminate the light above the back window, the bed lights also come on; same thing happens when activating zone lighting. Seems to...
Has anyone else who has done this had their lights mysteriously stop working? I did the install in mid December, and they had been working fine. Today I pushed the button in the bed, and the only light that comes on is the one at the top of the cab/above the back window.
What are your overall thoughts on the upgrade? Worth it? Noticeable increase in performance, mileage, etc? Also, did you couple this with any additional mods (intake, exhaust, tune?). Thanks!
Thanks. Now the joy of figuring out what it all means! Interesting, seems like it might be water related (at least the recurring camera module). On the 14th and 22nd, had to wash the bed out really well, so I'm wondering if the camera in the tailgate is getting wet in the process of cleaning.
Either of you get any resolution on this yet? On my drive in to work this AM, truck was sluggish, then about halfway into my ~20 min drive, I got a "service vehicle soon" message on the dash, followed by a Ford pass notification for "powertrain malfunction/reduced power". Was running perfect on...
@rugedraw would you mind taking a look at my VIN again? 1FTFW1E86NFA69468
Had this pop up on the dash about halfway in to my 20 minute drive to work. Noticed the truck had very little power in comparison to normal, but it was pretty cold (by Texas standards, ~15 degrees) when I left for work...
Here's the thread on the bed lighting, was very easy to do, and only cost ~$175.

I have the coverking poly cotton seat covers and that work great. Durable, fairly easy to remove when needed.
Thanks for the info and thoughts on them. Definitely not the slim, three holes wide in the rb20 vs 2 holes in the slim line. You got a hell of a deal on them!
Looks great. How do you feel about the width of the boards? And the amount of space between the top of the step and the bottom of the cab? They looks like the rb20 slim? Been trying to decide between those and the wider rb20.
