It's worse than that. It sat loaded for a week. now, trucks were unloaded last Friday morning and are sitting in the yard awaiting transport on a carrier to the dealer. Also, the delivery date has moved out a week for our trucks. So they will be sitting in a lot for up to 2 weeks, plus the week...

Welp...just looked...my ETA changed from 11/26 to 12/2 on the Mach E tracker. Literally sitting 20-30 mins from the dealership and now it is sitting even longer.

IDK if united ROad works in Texas because I've never been able to find information on that site whatsoever. Never for palsapp, either. Weird.

Yep...nothing has changed assuming it was on the same rail car as mine...should be unloaded and awaiting pick-up with a transporter, but nothing is showing on Palsapp or United Road.

Mine has apparently finally been unloaded on Friday, but no pending pick-up. Won't be able to get it before Saturday or Monday anyway.

I'm grasping at straws now, apparently. This is perhaps the most frustrating thing I've dealt with in a while. Puts a bad taste in my mouth for ordering a vehicle...from this dealership at least. I don't know if their volume is just so low they aren't moving the truck very quickly or what.

Likewise. I actually emailed them and they had no record of the VIN....but mine has never been on a truck. Still sitting on a train at the receiver station.
