a happy customer is valuable, a disgruntled customer is a liability! How true. A happy customer will usually tell 1 or 2 people...an unhappy one will tell (on average) 9 to 10 people. I was taught this while working for Nortel out of Richardson, TX in a customer facing role.

I would think that having a signed contract and him having taken fees/money, would give you grounds for a major upgrade or a lawsuit.....you choose. The salesman should have to forfeit his commission and you should get major concessions on whatever you chose.

I turned in my order and had a VIN 3 days later. I would find out who does the ordering at your dealership and talk to them directly. Ask them what the order number and VIN are. What day it was picked up by Ford..etc.

Well, I guess as part of this I would expect the speakers to be replaced as well.

I almost bailed on a set of Toyo Open Country tires and a tech showed me a bulletin he had suggesting they needed to be set to 40 psi instead of Ford's 35 recommendation. Made an awesome difference.

What pressure are you guys running those Goodyears at?

My wife's cousin was a retired FBI agent, he asked me why I would carry a firearm and not use it. I told him I believed in carrying a reserve parachute too.

I have been a concealed weapons instructor for 20 years and I carry daily. I had a Console Vault in my 2006 F150 and used a trigger lock/gun cable lock to secure my firearm in my 2016 F150. I hear the local news and my LEO friends say all the time that they recovered a firearm that was stolen...

My truck was also ordered on 3/22. Leadfoot, Black, 2kw, worksurface, twin panel, trailer tow, 502A Lariat. I was told it was set for a week of 5/3 build as well.

I ordered 3/22 and got my VIN 3/25. A member on another board said it is planned for the week of 5/3 in KC. Lariat 502A supercrew v8 2k moonroof leadfoot
