for me, order confirmed Nov 12, 21, in prod Feb 20, 22, built Mar 7, 22, and status changed to shipped on Apr 26, 22 with an estimated delivery of Apr 24-30. Since then the window for delivery has changed three times from May 1-7, May 4-10, and May 7-13.
  3. Rear under seat storage standard or optional on Lariat?

ok, so it's probably not included on my build then.
  4. Rear under seat storage standard or optional on Lariat?

On the shop.ford.ca tracker site you can view the status of your order and pictures of the truck. I know these aren't actual pictures, but they do show how the truck is optioned. I'm buying a dealer ordered (soon to be received) 2022 Lariat and the stock picture shows rear under seat storage. I...
  5. TRAILER TOW MIRRORS QUESTION

how does power telescope work i.e. how is the adjustment done, if they didn't come installed from factory?
  6. F150 ride quality compared to F250

between the 2020 f-350 diesel and 2017 f-150 i had, to be expected the F-350 is a bit rougher, but is a non-issue for me in terms of buying one vs the other. A lot of people have said it and it's true, ride quality is subjective, even though you can't argue the SD will have a more stiff ride how...
  7. Rebates gone for June?

unless someone absolutely needs a new truck, not sure why anyone would buy right now given the lack of incentives. when the chip issue gets resolved hopefully the pricing will come back to earth a bit. have to think there's going to be a glut of new trucks within the next year or so.
  8. 2021 F-150 Tremor walk around video

Nice setup but curious of price point. Probably mid to high 70s here in Canada I’m guessing.
  9. Low Insurance Quote! *Canadian ??*

i'm in Niagara region. my 2017 f-150 was $1000/yr with TD, 2020 f-350 went up to 1,400/yr with TD. got a quote from TD for 2021 F-150 and it was 1,500/yr. was with TD a long time but they obviously didnt want my business. kept the f-350 and went with CAA through a broker. for my f-350 its now 694/yr
  10. Fuel Maverick's need tire help!

not sure where you are looking, but I've looked at trucks on the lot and ford build and price and the size is 275/60/20 I've copied/pasted from Build and Price at Ford.ca SuperCrew® - 4X4 275/60 R20 OWL All-Terrain Tires (A/T) (4x4) Remove SuperCrew® - 4X2 275/60 R20 BSW All-Season Tires...
  11. Fuel Maverick's need tire help!

I think the stick tire size on 20’s is 275/60/20 which is 33 inch diameter. Wouldn’t go smaller than that especially with level and any bigger than 295/60/20 which is almost 34 inches. Lots of pictures on here to show you what your options are.
  12. My 2021 F-150 Iconic Silver on 2” Bilstein 6112 kit, 295/70R18

I put the 6112’s on my last F150 and they do really improve the ride. It is a bit stiffer than stock but the front end of the truck feels much more planted to the ground. Good example is stock suspension over rough road at highway speed would make the front suspension compress and rebound fast...
  13. Aluminum body corrosion warning when installing aftermarket parts on F-150

All of the hardware is compatible with aluminum body. Pretty sure it says as much in description. I have them in my alumabody. There’s no drilling and all existing mounting points are used.
  14. Leveled PowerBoost and lowered fuel economy?

yeah that’s a bit surprising. Figured a 2 mpg drop would be expected. So few miles on your truck it’ll hopefully start creeping up.
  15. Active Air Dam in action - deploying at 45 mph

cool to see it in action..thx for sharing.
  16. Trailer tow mirrors with BLIS (Blind Spot Information System) vs Standard Mirrors

Trailer tow mirrors are so much better in my opinion. Can see more behind you, the convex mirror shows more of the blind spot area, can see parking spot lines when backing up, and can see the trailer tires when towing. Obvious things I know but overall increased safety and more awareness of...
  17. Leasing - New to it, need advice

I crunched the numbers every way to Sunday when I bought my truck last year and if you plan to buy the truck at the end of the lease you will pay more for the truck all things being equal, namely the interest rates. If you do buy at the end and you finance you’re getting used car interest rates...
  18. Towing the toys

What made you decide to go from the super duty to the F150?
  19. Active Prep Package 2.0 Installed by dealer

I can’t answer your question directly but I can tell you that adding up fitter switches to a super duty which is a 100 option from factory costs about $1,000 in parts alone. I think buying a truck with the prep package is the way to go.
  20. Toyo Open Country AT III Feedback?

Have them on my truck. I’m happy with them. The road noise isn’t noticeable and have done well in the snow. Only 3,000 miles on them but no regrets.
