Has anyone seen the towing specs in the door jams for any of these tremors hitting dealer lots? Any links or pics + window sticker would be awesome. I bet there are a few people looking for this info for tremor specific towing
I think so too, reason being ford is not going to make the 401a seats different but not too different since that would cost more money.
If I don't like it I will just upgrade to 402a/aftermarket. Mine is pretty much a fully loaded 401a
I ordered a 401a, reason being is i don't want or need cooled seats and don't care about the fancy schmancy 402 LED headlights. Just seems like more things to break, plus its ~6k more.
I would like self driving and the B&O 18 would be sweeeeeet....
Anyways, my plan is to get a set of 402a...
Hey Guys,
I placed an order on my Tremor about two weeks ago at this point. Wondering if I made a mistake going for the trailer tow package since it appears everything is included in within the Class IV hitch and tow tech with the exception of the "tailgate LED". It doesn't seem to make sense...
I think I am going to skip moonroof (leak issues + payload concerns) and 4.10 gears due to loosing towing capacity. But haven't 100% decided -- what do y'all think? I would love the sunroof and I usually buy all factory offroad goodies but this is my first vehicle I plan to tow a ~25 to 27 ft...

According to the model page it is 10,900 is the max towing and max payload is 1885, I would presume this is base no options 401a trim
Agreed, 62,950 msrp for 402.
As compared to lariat 502a fx4 3.5 eco with sport for 61,445 msrp per Ford build and price. So a 1500 premium if that math is right, totally worth it in my opinion
Is the collective thinking still that the 401a base will be similar to a STX?
Base MSRP for a stx with 3.5 eco is 43k implying a 6.5k premium for the tremor hardware.
Right, This one looks like a fully loaded 402a to me. Personally I am debating between 401 vs 402, will probably get forced into 402 for the leather. On the hybrid, I want the hybrid since it seemed like the math worked in my situation but I also worried about payload limitations. the tremor not...
