That's a $2,000 option that adds hardware to the truck. If Ford removed it due to the chip shortage you can't simply add it back with software.

I don't call the specific verbiage but the tremors have different front suspension than a regular f150. Most leveling kits say they don't work with the Tremor and they often make a specific tremor version.

I would really like to know as well, I have no problem with the $140 price of the OBDlink MX+, but if the Vgate does the same thing for less than half, then I struggle to see why the pricier one is needed.
