Still on the hunt for an exhaust mod. With the single inlet, dual outlet muffler we have, full custom will be the only option, no other raptor/3.5 exhausts will fit.
think I'll try this
Tripped to Austin for the F1 race this weekend, Ford has a cool little event going on down town, the Tremors are out in full force, and we got a fun ride in a Bronco Wildtrack.
What PSI are you guys running in the tires? I know the door jam sticker says 35, but between the thin side walls of these SLs and the weight of the truck, they look pretty low/squished in my opinion.
Did a chalk test yesterday, finally got a consistent contact patch at 42psi front, 40 psi...
Welcome to the club, Golf17! Agreed, the rake is not as pronounced in person, I can live with it until Fox releases their 2021 kit, which after some more back and forth, I was told will be out before the end of the year.
Roush now lists the shocks as 2021 compatible, Fox does not...
I emailed Fox this morning concerning their current MY 2020 offering and will update when I get a response. I specifically asked them to confirm 2021 AND Tremor fitment, OR, if there will be a separate MY 2021 offering.
It's a...
After some back and forth with my guy, I am leaning towards holding out a bit longer to see the FOX 2.0s specifically for the 2021 MY. Personally, I don't need to drop $2-$4K on a robust Icon/King/Fabtech setup as it would be overkill for what I will be doing with the truck, but if I can get...
Hey Golf, sorry, long week at work/travel, had to cancel my LineX appt for today. I just sent my guy a follow up email concerning the level options. will post as soon as as hear back.
I absolutely love it. M-F I drive a company vehicle so I've only got a couple hundred miles on it from weekend errands at this point, but my wife has driven it to work a few times and she also really enjoys it. Put 18 bags of potting soil in the bed over the weekend and she looked pretty...
I did it myself as I have the equipment. Most will have it applied by a PPF or body shop, and the pricing can range from $300-$1,000 depending on product and how many layers (years of protection).
Love this. Stay strong @Gime150.
Good thread man. I'd be here with you if I hadn't found another dealer to honor X-Plan (beat it). All I can say is that the wait will be worth it. This truck has a magic about it. On paper it almost feels like an afterthought, small things here and there...
Used some Hyperdip today to get rid of the chrome. Ovals were easy to tape and spray, F-150 badges were a little more tricky, but I think it turned out all right for $20. Will peel off if I decide to do something else.
