There is a new order guide that came out yesterday. There were some changes, but I don't recall what. It is posted on this site in a thread. You might be able to review your orders against what is now available to build. The changes go hand in had with Job 2 I believe.

You are correct on the ICE version. So far they are not on the Lightning. I believe once the redesign is done and they are no longer on "Late Availability" I believe they will be added as standard equipment to the Platinum and show up as an option on the Lariat on the customer order page...

If you go back in time you will find half ton trucks that are beefed up some and referred to as a heavy half. I can't define what they were, I believe they had an extra spring or two, but it was a half ton truck with some extra payload.
