The dealer should give you the option to take the incentives at time of ordering or at time of delivery, Mine did and there is something out on Ford's website about it. However you also have to take the rest of the deal based on the same rules, Ie what you get for a trade-in if you have one, etc.

My dealer told me yesterday that ford will be dropping all PCO, all rebates and incentives and all Xplan pricing, until production levels are back to at least 90% of normal. The only exception is in areas where there has not been a demand or a lot of orders they may keep some small incentives...

My dealer took the serial number off of my PCO and entered into his system with my order and it locked it in even though it expired the end of March. It is still active and will be applied once my order arrives.
