  1. Recommended Tires for Snow/Ice AND Summer

I had the factory hankook tires removed before i took the keys. Put on KO2s. I had Open Country AT2s on my 17 f150, the KO2s are much better so far in the Canadian Winter. I have heard about once the KO2s wear that they lose a bit, time will tell. 22,000 on them so far and loving them. I'm...
  2. Removed Active Air Dam From my F-150 - DIY Writeup

Ordered the Black skid plate that they keep running out of. I was emailing them directly, ultimately i ordered through American Trucks for two reasons. When in stock, first of February it will ship vs waiting for RTR to open up purchase option. Secondly it was a better deal for me to order with...
  3. Aux reverse lighting options and install

I wanted some additional lighting for when I back up in the dark. I was very seriously considering the Putco Blade product, although I`m sure its a great product, I didn`t care for all the additional lights, just the reverse. I was considering some of the bolt on aux lights, but had a feeling...
  4. Removed Active Air Dam From my F-150 - DIY Writeup

Removed the 6 bolts that hold the part that drops since there have been several people with this issue. RTR (tremor-ish) skid plate on order. I`ve had the drop down part removed now for a couple of months and have not seen much of a difference in the mileage. The Borla Exhaust on order really...
  5. What did you do TO your F-150 today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

How is the negative disconnect working?
  6. 5.0 3.31 Gear Ratio Canada

Ill grab one the next time I'm out. I guess some clarification would help. In Eco mode driving 90 on 2 lane highways I can get down around 10-11. My 17 with the 5.0 was about the same, 400 series my heavy right foot tends to get the better of the mileage.
  7. Couple things . . .

I used one of the other members tricks that cost 20 cents. 4 nickles under each tab of the springs and now it will stay open as long as the truck is not moving and somewhat level.
  8. Remote start and climate control/heated seats

I thought i was losing my mind. My 17 xlt with factory remote start would work here in canada exactly how each of us expect the 21s to work. My 21 lariat, seats are warm, but the max defrost definitely is not running until i get in and turn it on. My 17 didnt have the auto climate control that...
  9. 2022 F150 Canadian Order Tracking [WARNING: NO POLITICS]

I ordered my 21 in December of 20, got the keys first of April. That was with a week shut down due to weather.
  10. What did you do TO your F-150 today? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Any lights come on on the dash? Ive removed the drop down piece but considering trimming and removing the rest until rtr comes out with their front skid.
  11. Borla Exhaust S-Type Installed on 3.5 EcoBoost [sound clips]

I have the S Type on my 11 mustang GT. You'll love it. I'm a V8 fan, but Borla does a good job with the 6's. Thinking about putting it on my 21 f150. Did you go with the dual rear exit? Or passenger side dump? Are you the 145 or 157 wheel base?
  12. 5.0 3.31 Gear Ratio Canada

Ive got the same spec as above, with 157 wheel base and KO2s on and im about 14.5L/100 city, but highway around 10.5. I have 17000km on it.
  13. Quick Review: Truxedo Sentry CT Tonneau Cover

Great write up. I have the same one on my truck since April with no complaints. I love the cover material, i am on construction sites and thought dust would glue to it, but its very easy to keep clean.
  14. Removed Active Air Dam From my F-150 - DIY Writeup

I would love to see a pic from the front end, maybe from the ground.
  15. Peragon bed cover installed

Looks sharp, i was between this cover and the one i have (Sentry CT). Just wasn't sure about how easy it was to remove and the brackets at the front of the box.
  16. Box tied down anchors defective?

I had the same issue with the ones closest to the cab. Took off the bracket and hammered them in from the back side. Just a tight fit.
