    It is very weird in our case that no one knows what the reason is; neither the dealer nor Ford!!

    Truck was built and release on March 15. No chip hold. It is awaiting shipment since then. Was supposed to be delivered March 27. Got delayed to April 2. And now April 18. Both Ford and my dealer don’t have information on what is going on. Anyone with similar situation? Any clue what is going on?

    I totally feel your pain. At least you know your truck is in transit. My truck blend date was March 12, ready for shipment in March 15th. As of right now, it is on plant hold for god only knows what the reason is….

    Just got an update from Ford. Even though my truck is built, it is on “Plant Hold” for some reason. Not sure what the f*** “Plant Hold” means especially that my truck is built and is not on any chip hold. Also it doesn’t have active park assist. Who knows what is going on with Ford these days!!!

    @Dfc41889 can you please clarify? My truck is Lariat 502a. I didn’t request the removal of the auto start/stop yet it was removed based on my window sticker and a refund of $60 showed on the window sticker. What is the reinvoicing for?

    I hate that every stage of this process is a headache. Like now we wait until our cars are shipped. This is the latest I got from my sales rep: “Truck is pending shipping. Delivery is dependent on the release from the railway and how fast a transport can get it loaded and delivered.”

    Is it true that the 2022 Lariats don’t come with tilting front seat headrests? This will definitely a backward feature :-(
