any updates to this, my truck is at the dealer for almost a week now and they said they are back and forth with ford tech on this. is there anything I should tell them to help them with the update?

similar thing happened to me, picked up the truck and realized it wasn't done, called Ford who confirmed and opened a case. I then scheduled for them to update and brought it in last week, they have been back and forth with ford tech and had the truck since Friday morning without success...

installed 5100's on my 2021 4x4, rear only as I already have 2" level on stock front.....wow what a difference, so much better ride....makes me wish I did 5100's without the 2" spacer lift in front...may swap it out eventually

Unfortunately you do have to remove the grill., there are 2 torx screws on each of the 2 bars (one on each end) and the snaps are pretty tight (need a flathead screw driver) the orange bars also pop out and have 1 torx screw on each overall it is time consuming but not bad once you get the...

Went a little more crazy and vinyl wrapped the big bars in a color close to carbonized, turned out pretty nice and a very close match

I haven't read through every post but does this work for an XLT 302A or do you need a higher trim in order to do it?

on day 1 it certainly smells like leather, that lasted through the first couple weeks, either it faded a bit or I got used to it at this point. I also do not like the new car smell but this wasn’t bad at all

Had mine installed today, love it, it even feels more comfortable....perfect with the 302A sport. I went with one of the preset katzkin styles/colors, platinum style with Lunar Grey and black

I have the same, (2" spacer level and 275/65/20 with stock wheels). no rubbing and looks great I did initially put a 3/4" lift in the back with it but pulled that out and it drives and rides great.

Also looking for driving impressions, I've never just updated rear shocks but thinking about it on mine too

I have carbonized and love it but I vote Smoked Quartz, it is rarer and really looks good especially with chrome

Did you have the silver part above the skid plate painted or did you do it yourself?

I have 2 questions, Do you need a new center lower bumper piece or can you paint the factory one? you mention that the bracket isn't needed, can you reuse the bracket that is already there? Thanks, debating this but cost and painting the plastic piece are turning me away from it....looks so...
