I was at first thinking I preferred the2.7 but needed the payload for a small 5th wheel. None available.
Once I added the bigger gas tank etc on my build the ED3.5 and the hybrid did not cost much more so..... waiting on a 4x2 hybrid xlt.
I ordered the 2.4 and am still content. I don't need a welder. Nice to know I can supplement the solar in cloudy weeks on my trailer. Trailer inverter is only 1500W so 2400 is plenty to top off batteries or run some equipment for a bit.
All these options keep adding $$ to the build.
I am in this week. Dealer said 5?10 Delivery. I put order in 3/22. Called and asked yesterday and delivery has not changed. Build date of April 28.
I do not believe it
I offered my dealer a deposit or earnest money several times. He did not want it till we get delivery. Scary to me but the truck is on order the way I ordered with my name on it.
Thanks. My truck is at least another month away and my 5th wheel will be ready late August. So I am doing the same reach.
what do folks withrails do about a bed rug or mat? Can I just cut a slit so the rails stick out?
I will be 68 when I get my truck. I got the 302 upgrade from mid because of the LED lights. Most of my driving other than highway will be dark mountain roads.
After test driving the 40/20/40 with the work surface, that Pt is how I ordered my build. The plastic is not too hard and fit my elbow well. I like that the surface bends around front which the console version does not do. Less storage but more options.
I worked in loudspeaker design as an admin for many years. Both high end home and car loudspeakers.
my original plan was to replace speakers and add an amp and sub to the standard system because I was getting 301a. Later I really thought I needed led lights and decided to upgrade to 302a, at...
Well I ordered the hybrid 4x2 today.......and while waiting for the GM to get close to my offer, my son and I got to drive the E Mustang. Smooth and torquey! And he almost never hit the brakes! Car does not coast. No gas no go. What a trip.
