Roger, getting previous generation folding headrests is a good idea for those who want this feature, as long as the posts fit. Here is a picture of what it looks like folded on a 2020 XLT. I plan to look at a 2021 supercab tomorrow (only one style near me) and will try to find out more.

I noticed in some videos of 2021's that the rear headrests don't have the release button to permit them to fold down horizontally to minimize the rear view obstruction. Did Ford eliminate this feature, or am I missing something? See images below of 2021 and 2020: 2021 Platinum 2020 XLT...
