They needed to update the DSP....not the ACM. Message me the VIN so I can see what they did.

I don't think this will be the fix, as I upgraded to the MoBridge DSP over a year ago, and it still happens to me. I haven't updated my MoBridge DSP online yet.

I cannot speak intelligently on what is going on in your case with your aftermarket goodies. In the case of trucks with the OEM system that do have the B&O system, they have a DSP from factory that at some point, got some firmware that caused this issue. Ford released a bulletin to dealers about this years ago. Below is the most recent version of it from August of this year:

I'm going to have it in for an oil change soon and will mention it. It's the most random thing happening once every four months or so, but this week happened twice, and I've always been able to turn it off just by turning off the radio, except the last time it stayed on a little longer. Thanks for the info.
