+1 on the 20" Blizzaks. I've had Sottozeros and Michelin Ices in the past, but Blizzaks have always performed well. Putting the truck in "Slippery" mode with Blizzaks on is amazing on snowy roads!

They do have the 87-93 versions. I can feel the difference going to the 91-93 version, but the 87-93 has a nice pep feel above stock.

I updated my '21 Powerboost yesterday and the PCM went from -VGJ to -VGK. Is there a list of latest versions and changelog? Curious if even within the 21s there are slightly different variants floating around.

Sort of. It does say you crossed a border and gives you an option to switch units. You have a short window of time to hit OK to accept it.

I have done the above process on my 2021 Lariat Powerboost and can confirm it also works on '21s.
