The process started a few weeks ago. They finally got the items they needed to kick this off. Good to know.

I’ve given them plenty of chances to repair and they have finally decided to buy it back but I’m just asking on the process and what the experience has been for others. That’s all.

Day 23 - Truck is still at the dealer, no resolution or update of when my truck will be ready as they are “still investigating”. The only thing that has saved my ass is having a loaner. Such BS.
