Ya, a newer BCM dropped that requires a username and password again. I’m still trying to get with my bud to get this newer one applied. I’ll post the software part numbers from the first BCM requiring credentials when I get home.

I had the BCM applied that originally required a username and password from the dealer. It appears to be another one requiring a username and password.
Nope. They all tend to do that when hot. It’s a dumb design to use straight cut gears. There are several threads on this issue if you want to see or learn more. If you roll down the window you may hear it move higher in pitch with throttle.
It’s more than likely the straight cut gears in the 10r80 transmission auxiliary pump. Especially when hot they are noisy like most straight cut gears. A lot of people notice this… I have it as well.
I had this same situation on my '21 and the dealer ran a transmission valve body break-in procedure at 3500 miles. They did a program to cycle the valves in the transmission super fast to help clear up any micro debris that may be allowing the valves to stick. It appears to be a normal issue...
I don't think it's a 5.0 thing more so its a Ford thing, My 21 J1 received 24127 via. OTA back in September, followed quickly with a TCU update 10.1.1. ?♂️

happened to me too. Got a FDRS license . Installed everything else. Kept checking till it expired. Then of course it was available a few days later
Ya I've had my system all up to date for months as I have a year's license, and I still don't get the latest apim. I'm not sure if it's a 5.0L...
For some reason my truck won’t pull down the latest 24xxx APIM. I’m still on 23297 with my system all up to date. 2021 XLT 5.0l (302a) anyone else have this issue?
