  1. California Bilstein Leveling Kit 5100/5160 21-24 4wd

Thanks for the interest, but sold..
  2. Extended warranty worth it with stage 2 Whipple?

When I bought my 24 RCSB4x4 last year, they tried to interest me in an extended warranty. Knowing I was planning on a Stage1 Whipple, the F&I guy and myself went thru the lengthy paperwork on the factory extended warranty and found that any forced injection other than what originally came on it...
  3. Whipple Work Truck Build - '24 RCSB XL 4x4 5.0 Oxford White

26 lbs each for the aluminum wheels. Found a couple of sets but I like the look of the steels and dog dishes.
  4. Whipple Work Truck Build - '24 RCSB XL 4x4 5.0 Oxford White

Same thought on wheels. Stock 17x7.5 steel wheels are 28 pounds. Not bad. Running 285 70 r17 now with no clearance issues. I’ve got an extra set of new ones I’m punching out to 10in. Nitto makes a 555Rll in 315 60 r17 that will fit the wheels but may have issues because of the 3/5 drop. Won’t...

  7. 2024 F-150 Leveling Kit - dealer calling for 3”??

I went up 2” in front and still have about a 1.5 rake. Not as noticeable as before, but still there.
  8. Level and lifts

Handles a lot better. Rear is perfect. Front is a little stiff… might change to 5100’s w/stock springs. Went with 285. 70. 17 Ridge Grapplers to keep weight down. Stock steels are 28lbs and Tires 48lbs, I weighed them. So far..22/23 mpg at 75 mph…
  9. Level and lifts

Bilstein 5100/5160 level... Up 2.1 front and about .7 rear from stock. Still has about 1.25” rake. Could remove blocks or add drop shackles to even up but then would have negative rake with weight in the bed.
  10. 6112 & 5100 combo

    No it doesn’t.. should have mentioned it’s a 24 RCSB 4x4.
  11. 6112 & 5100 combo

I’m running fronts at 2in setting with stock UCHs. With 5160s in rear, stock shackles and spacer, there is 1.5in rake. Have seen ball joint issues with running fronts at maximum lift. Going to shorter shackles or removing spring spacer would drop rear to near level with the front if visuals are...
  12. Why is the RCSB the 'Redheaded Step Child' ??

Almost identical feel when new. Of course F150 is 10 years newer and technology is accordingly more sophisticated. But Weight and Horsepower are almost dead even. 3.73 vs 3.92 gearing.. 10sp vs 8sp transmissions… make them perform equally. I equipped both with Bilstein suspensions, factory...
  13. Why is the RCSB the 'Redheaded Step Child' ??

Been driving RCSBs for over 40 years. My personal vehicle of choice ever since they stopped building El Camino’s and Ranchero’s. Always can jump in one of my 4doors to haul people around. But for myself, a RCSB 4x4 V8 is what I prefer. Gave up my last one, a 2014 Ram to a buddy, for a 2024 F150.
