I got my truck back on Friday 1/27, 2weeks + 1day in the shop. Delay in receiving the parts was the problem, my driveline had to be replaced. At least they provided a loaner. My console armrest problem was also fixed, it doesn't fall on the back of my hand anymore.

Yes, they gave me a loaner. Fortunately, I had somethings to get done last week that didn't require my truck.

I'm probably too late for you to cancel your service appointment but for others my advice is don't take your truck to the dealer for anything if it is subject to the recall. Check it yourself to see if your truck has the problem, fix it yourself it the insulation is sagging. Wait to take it to...
