Wow, that does not sound promising for next steps at my dealership. Sounds like even if they do the same, it will affect nothing. @ financegirl23 - they had their transmission replaced and it seemed to have fixed the issue.

Agreed, it screams electronic throttle, however from others with this issue a couple were fixed with full transmission overhauls it seems.

Even if that's true, why buy a hybrid if you can't put it in Eco or any other mode if they don't work? I bought a hybrid to save on gas, it hardly happens in Sport mode too, then you burn through gas like hot cakes.

Don't waste your time, if Ford cared, they'd have responded already, they'd rather you drive around in trucks that can't accelerate.
