  1. Undercover fail

They did but found out it's not plastic. Same fiber material. Still looking.
  2. Undercover fail

ML3Z7222D Is supposed to be the number. Will know for sure in a day or two if it's plastic.
  3. Undercover fail

I discovered that a cheaply built cover under the truck behind front suspension is waterlogged and sagging. It must be there for streamlining the underside? Called the dealer and he said they have problems with them and just remove them. There is a replacement made of plastic. Parts department...
  4. Engine Cover Disintegrating

I know this is an old thread but I m just discovered the front edge of my cover chewed off. Definitely a red squirrel. I had this happen to a tundra fuel rail 5 or 6 years ago. They are made with some soybean in them! Sprayed with the product to use for rabbits and deer. Off to Low3s to get...
  5. Active Air Dam Issues - No Recall Yet?

Couldn't hurt but I seemed to have room. My issue was caused by winter slush. Movable section will come off next winter for sure.
  6. Active Air Dam Issues - No Recall Yet?

There are three screws on each end of the movable part of the air dam. I think 5hey are 11 mm but not sure. Just take them out and the air dam part comes off. I used a hair dryer and reshaped it and put it back on. Nothing to it. Ramps make it easier
  7. Active Air Dam Issues - No Recall Yet?

Took the movable part of the air dam off (6 screws), straightened it with a hair dryer. Working good as new. Definitely will be taking it off before the snow flies next winter. Nothing that flimsy can stand up to our winter slush. Too bad Ford can't allow it to be turned it on and off.
  8. Active Air Dam Issues - No Recall Yet?

Had my air dam replaced last fall. Just noticed it is catching again but not as bad. Different dealer than the one who replaced it, but they are not willing to fix it. He claims that I must have hit snow bank. Didn't and couldn't with dam retracted. Ford needs to address this because they are...
  9. How to clean food / dirt stuck in leather seats perforations?

Thanks for everyone's reply. I tried "thumping" the seat with the small nozzle on the shop vac. Aside from one stubborn part, it worked well.
  10. How to clean food / dirt stuck in leather seats perforations?

Has anyone found a good way to clean out the little bits of food and dirt that get stuck in the perforations of the leather seats? Prefer not to push it on through to the inside off the seat. I used a stiff brush on my shop vac but I don't think it's getting picked up, just pushed in.
  11. siriusxm radio not connecting

I just got hardware problem error today. Xm says it's the radio.
  12. Does anyone else think the 10 spd transmission just plain sucks?

I had a 2015 Tundra. It shifted fine. I have NO complaints about my f150 10 spd.
  13. Deciding which mirrors to order

Have had my truck with tow mirrors a little over 3 months. Took a couple of months to get used to them and still feel squeezed on a local narrow street but it is a better setup. The extra size and the the bottom mirrors do come in handy very often.
  14. Active Air Dam Issue

My 3 month old Lariat is doing the same thing. Have an appt to get it looked at next week. Didn't know what was going on until I found this forum. Will post when I hopefully get some answers.
