    Correct, there is a cover under those harnesses that the harnesses are attached to. You'll slide those harnesses off the cover and then can lift the cover off to reveal the posts.

    On the passenger side. Up against the firewall. In the very corner is the engine bay fuse box, these distribution posts are just to the right of that under a plastic cover.
