Correct, there is a cover under those harnesses that the harnesses are attached to. You'll slide those harnesses off the cover and then can lift the cover off to reveal the posts.

On the passenger side. Up against the firewall. In the very corner is the engine bay fuse box, these distribution posts are just to the right of that under a plastic cover.

There is a 125 or 150 Amp fuse in the box in the engine compartment. I used that to tie my Garmin 6 port switch into the DC system. It'll provide enough power for most of the things you listed but I wouldn't try and drive the winch off of that. It was a nice clean spot to tap into since my truck...

Garmin makes a nice 6 port Bluetooth switch. I ended up tying into the 150 amp fuse in the engine compartment distribution box that is built in for the upfitter box. Only had to buy an M6 or 8 nut to clamp down my cable.
