I actually sold my 21 lariat stateside as I live relatively close to the border. After owning for 18 months the dealer paid me what I paid for the truck. Nothing wrong with it whatsoever, I just made a call and they offered me enough that it was a no brainer. I later saw their ad and they had...
Just closing the loop here, in case someone else stumbles on this thread. thanks to Blue22 for the tremor conversion suggestion as that gave me a starting point to look and i found the tremor part number. This particular part isn't coming back compatible with 2023 but it is to a 22 and 21 lariat...
Yes, less than 1000km the frozen snowbank got me. In the interest of shifting blame, don't trust the front parking sensors, ever.
Wondering if I can replace just this piece and if so, where to source the part?
Coming back to here, my truck finally landed. Grabbed a quick pic since it was sitting beside a White truck. Thrilled with how it looks in person, really happy I took the chance without seeing one in person.
I'm excited for it but have just completely fabricated in my head what it looks like depending on the day. Didn't want something I've seen all kinds of which left me with something I've never seen :ROFLMAO:
Now that we're seeing some built, anyone with any real life '23 F150 in avalanche? Mine is presumably built according to the tracker so Id have to imagine there is one or two out there being delivered.
Originally a build date of 10/17 for a early september MY23 order. Got bumped and blend date was Nov 2, Modules have loaded and I have an activate button on my ford pass. This is a Lariat 3.5l ecoboost in Avalanche. Canadian Order.
Alright folks, I've finally found the solution to this.
I bought the 7 to 5pin adapter but in hindsight the 7 to 7 may have been more versatile as my existing adapter could in theory work between trailer and bypass.
7 to 5pin (4 pin can plug in leaving the aux power unused)...
Having same issue, my 2016 had it as well but not nearly as persistent. Any luck with solution? would love to just turn it off, I know my trailer(s) lights are working I don't need the handholding by my truck especially with how unreliable it is with the false negatives.
I had tracked it across the states through Toronto with updates along the way and it just hung up in Montreal. Perhaps its still waiting for a full load there to head east?
Any east coasters have timelines on how long to travel through Montreal? My status has been 'interchange delivery - Montreal st luc' since last Thursday. I believe it will travel to Moncton from there.
