I received the new PCM OTA yesterday and can also confirm that the shift strategy is trash. I've installed several PCM updates prior (and flashed many tunes on my last F150) and I've never had such poor shifting performance - It's clunky, jerky, shifts hard, honestly I've never experienced...
Did this one install for you? I received it yesterday as well but install has failed 2x, even after making sure battery was fully charged, parking brake set, etc.
Received a GWM update today, the first OTA in probably 9 months. Prior to this, would receive the phantom update at least 1x a week. Hoping it resolves that issue and opens up the OTA pipeline. ?

Ah, interesting. Thanks for the info. I do have a 402A Tremor. I also had the above issue but had the dealer install an IPC (IIRC) update which resolved it. Maybe that is why mine keeps failing to install? It's scheduled to install again today, so we'll see how it goes.
Has anyone successfully installed OTA 23-PU0904-PPO-PRP? Received notification that it was downloaded but has failed the install 2x now, even after making sure battery was fully charged. Did a quick search and didn't find anything, so was curious. Thanks.
Did you change out your ambient LEDs to also allow for the color change? I was always under the impression that 2017/2018+ LEDs only allowed the standard blue ambient lightning. I know guys have swapped out the LEDs so was curious.
Wondering if anyone has experienced the glare free lights not activating? Meaning the lights are set to glare free in the IPC and just stay on low beam and do not change to high beam even when going Hwy speeds (above 33 / 34mph). When this happens, I have to manually trigger the high beams...
Noticed today that my license tag light had moisture in it and was no longer working. I unseated it and saw the whole bulb socket was corroded. No idea how water got in there. Was going to try and warranty but thought I'd try to fix on my own first.
Question I have, does anyone know if you...
Congrats on retirement and the new truck @Rich_D. Fellow Granger customer here as well - Best buying experience ever. Enjoy the new truck when it arrives!
You can calibrate speedometer via Forscan. As far as tunes go, it's not sounding good for the 23's ever being able to be remote tuned. Here's some more details over on the F150 Tremor forum: https://www.f150tremor.com/threads/livernois-will-never-be-able-to-tune-the-%E2%80%9823-3-5-ecoboost.2074/
It may all be in my head (usually is the case...) but this PCM update seems to have made a noticeable positive impact. Prior to the update, I was consistently having a harsh down shift into 9th and experienced the slight shudder others have reported in 8th, 9th and 10th under certain conditions...
Super interesting, was not expecting a PCM OTA. Thanks again for confirming @rugedraw. Will post back later if I notice any driveabilty differences in regards to shifting, etc.
