I don't think ti grabbed the OTA update. When I was at the dealer they reprogrammed the DSP to the latest software update. (*tech note said: JRG found SSM 51663 2021-2023 F150/Expedition- Pop noise and /or static in speakers at startup.

I had this update applied and it happened again. This time much louder and my ears are ringing and painful. I am sure I have some hearing loss. I called FORD again to log another case and will be working with an attorney shortly. I am done playing games with this now.
They don't want you to experience, but they really don't want to do anything to fix It. This thread and these issues are approaching two years old now along with 100s of NHTSA complaints and they have invested nothing into fixing the issues. It is very clear FORD doesn't care about safety.
Why should anyone send you a PM? I have had a case logged, escalated it with the customer service team and they told me it hasn't been prioritized to be fixed so basically no movement. It seems like a class action suit might be the best way to go, especially with medical liabilities.
This just happened to me as well in my 22 F150 hybrid. I had to pull over her out shut it off. Did a factory reset and went home still the same issue. Got home and it was doing the same. Called the dealer and they suggested I disconnect the negative battery terminal for 30+ minutes
