I am curious if you had the cheap cardboard plate installed before you put the metal one?
I bought the plate with all the bolts and nuts, a year ago and still need to install it. My F150 is a 2021 3.5L hybrid, so I'm curious if it has the same cooling hoses?

2021 F-150 3.5 Hybrid Lariat... 6200 miles (i hardly drive it). Some coolant hose blew (around the transmission?) on the way home from the dealership (never even made it home). 4 days back at the dealer, fixed. Since that, windshield wipers (warranty) replaced, and they replaced some seals...
We have the same truck as you.. 2021 F-150 Lariaet. Throughout the last "seemly forever" I've been watching for Alexa (in Canada). I got in the truck on Saturday and noticed it was finally there. The only thing was I had to use my amazon.com account to register, so not sure if it can be linked...
