After 12K miles I have averaged 24-25 in the summer and 22-23 in the winter, mostly back road driving with maybe 1/4 highway miles here in NH.

I have a Rheem 50 gal hybrid electric water heater and it will run it just fine. I run heat pump only for a family of 4 and I have never run out of hot water and it only uses 2.5kWh per day. I run everything but my microwave including my well pump.

I feel the same way about the pro trailer assist. I installed the box on my travel trailer, used it once and now I never connect it. I'm sure it's great for some but I feel the " hand on bottom of steering wheel" method works better IMO.
