Dealer just called, my truck is updated and Blue Cruise is activated. 14 days in shop apparently all programming issues, no modules were replaced.

I believe it was rolled into the price of the prep package of later built trucks. Like the first round of 2021’s people paid $1000 for the prep package only. Later it went to $1,600 and included 3 years of Blue Cruise subscription.

I also believe you have a bad battery. In my powerboost zone lighting, interior lighting, and approach features wouldn’t work. Dealer replaced my battery. I have read numerous posts regarding a bad battery disabling auto start/stop.

Just got off the phone with the dealership. Now they want to keep my truck until at least Monday. They have a Mach-E mustang with the same issue that Ford engineering is addressing. I’ll update my thread as new information comes in.

I just had mine fixed. Bad 12v battery and reprogram the PCM and TCM.

No, I don’t keep the fob in the truck and I’ve made sure to keep it far enough away not to trigger the approach sensors. l’m thinking I’ve got a bad battery or need some type of reflash. I was just curious if anyone else was having this issue.
