At this point I have basically given up on updates for this truck. I am on 6.3 but the truck thinks 6.1 wasn't installed for some reason. It has been months too. I think Ford hates me at this point. Worst update process I have ever seen.

I have major issues exactly how you described with CarPlay on 23291. Still waiting patiently for Ford to decide to push an update to my truck. Worst OTA update process ever

Why does my truck think it needs to install 6.1.0 when I’m on 6.3.0? Is Ford’s OTA system really this bad.

Just have patience and make sure that battery is over 80% charged. If your truck is like mine you will get to 6.3.0 and get stuck again. All you can do is wait for Ford to release the next update to you unfortunately

I tried deleting my trucks profile on Forscan and writing the mileage again. It did the exact same thing again. Got disrupted at 2% must have been programmed for powerboost in a past life I guess. How do I change that?

I will try that tomorrow morning. Anything I can change to make the high voltage battery fault to go away? I do not have a powerboost

Finally got it on the 2nd after 3 months of waiting. Is it worth it to spend the money on FDRS license to get fully up to date now after being stuck on 20312 and 23159 for years/months? @rugedraw
