Hey @oneinch, yes lightbar works with the relay installed and before installation. I’ll try the latching mode and also try using the NO terminal and report back.

@oneinch I’ve given up, I’m guessing maybe something is different with the electrical system in the Raptors because I cannot get the new relay to interrupt the signal at all. I’ve got everything wired up exactly as indicated, with everything neat and tidy, using the ferrules and wago connectors...

Oh no, I meant the light on the relay illuminates when I press the remote button, the actual lightbar does nothing, but I’ve got it wired just like your instructions in the image below. The remote is able to be programmed, but there is no signal going to the light bar

@oneinch I have the relay set to momentary, and it lights up when I press and hold and turns off when I let go of the remote button. That being said, I do suspect that maybe I just got a bad relay and the one arriving Monday will resolve the issue. I’ll definitely touch base once it’s all done...

Yes, the lightbar works running it straight to the battery, I’ll try to order another relay and hope that resolves the issue. It’s SUPER frustrating because I just knew everything was wired up correctly yesterday and was looking forward to making my own YT video lol. Thanks for the guidance!

@oneinch Rewired it using your most recent schematic exactly as shown and still can’t get the receiver to interrupt the signal. I’m convinced that it has something to do with the fuse tap as you mention above. I tapped fuse 22 (Right headlamp), which is what the Putco instructions recommended...

@oneinch hey, I sent you a PM, any chance when you have a chance, you can send me a few pics of exactly how the receiver is wired to the truck? I’ve got mine wired up based on your schema and pics, but cannot get it to shut the light off. I’m guessing I’ve missed a step somewhere.

@oneinch Hey thanks for sharing the link for this, I have mine all wired up like yours using the Wago lever nuts but had been thinking about how to keep it waterproofed so problem solved! Thanks again, you’ve been a tremendous help!

@oneinch my relay should arrive from Amazon tomorrow, did this section come with it or did you have to order it separately? I’m trying to confirm the wiring orientation and make sure it’s just like yours based on the schema you shared.
