They look identical to the (4) that are inside a BMW trans between the mechtronic unit and trans. If you google BMW Mechtronic sleeve repair, you will see something nearly identical. Most trans’s are similar with these 6,8 & 10 speed electronic trans.

Could you whiz wheel a slot for a screwdriver in the stud and try holding it with the screw driver while loosening the nut with an open end? Maybe some heat on the nut to make it larger (try not to heat the stud). Best of luck!
Following the post… I am on my ninth F150 and have always found the gas mileage is cut in half when I tow. It really makes no difference how much weight I tow. Could be a 3000 pound boat or a 10,000 pound camper. It has never made sense to me…
It doesn’t matter if it was a 5.4 triton, a 3.5...
Sorry about your issue. I learned long ago when I did "my dumb" and lost a key/fob that it is always easier to add a 3rd keyfob and key when they are new. It usually takes 2 keys/fob to program a 3rd. I already added a 3rd keyfob from Amazon ($49) and did the Youtube Programing since I had 2...

It’s minimal, maybe a 1/2”???? I have stock width tires 275/65R20 (but they are 34” vs 33”).
I did add mudflaps but mostly so the snow & ice don’t build up on the running boards. Poke is minimal…
I have my 21 PB Platinum in storage until I retire in Dec. I drive it a week here and there, but mostly it is in storage with a trickle charge and a cover. I leave the key in the center console. Is there any issue with that? I don’t have any battery issues, but then again, I have only had...
You’ll be fine…you seem competent and concerned enough. But I would recommend you invest some trying to convince your friend to go with a WDH. Take your time…
