Got it - United will not show anything until it is at the railyard and scheduled to go to your dealer. You will need to find out from Ford marketing chat or a phone call to receive your rail car info. Once you have rail car info, your truck will start moving rail to somewhere close to Florida...

I believe @Livnitup or @Jesse-Infotainment has stated Ford pulled the bad one.

If you have a charger/tender - use it to get battery to at least 90%-100% charged before running it on PS mode. This will help the battery a lot. My suggestion, charge battery overnight, verify if it takes a good charge and raises levels to 90%+. If so, battery is most likely in a decent state...
