Mine is there now. After a mobile tech from dealer was here and said there is no update available (which is wrong), they asked I bring it in. As of 10am this morning, they called me with the same message: no update available (which is wrong). So they are still working on it, hopefully...

Thank you @rugedraw. Strange is right, nobody can give me a clear answer at Ford or at dealer. I guess they will be on the line with the Ford TAC team trying to figure out the TSB when I drop it off.
