In my situation by lowering it shackles were used. Which I think (correct me) it dearches the springs making them softer and it has. My thought was go with those to firm the ride back up. Which is what I like.

I found it on reading and at Ford parts. Wasn't linked to a vehicle per say. But, I am thinking it is.

I ask because many say they dont work. Was curious when you added it did it work.

I did. Its good. It has axle and trans shims that came with Ford Performance kit.

Not a Bilstein fan at all. I did try a few others, didnt help since I am lowered. Thinking air bags.

What is your rear measurement after? Fender to ground please. You have the max tow right?

The app for your cell is free. No charge there. So, its pretty cheap overall to get some live data.

Update. I went to Amazon and read the reviews and BAFX Products posted " OBD reader will draw approximately 6mAh"

You're welcome! Good question. So I went outside to verify for you and give the right answer. It does power up with no keys in ignition. Didn't "transmit" to cell. So how much power is the draw? That I can't answer. I'd guess real low. But don't want to mislead you into a dead battery.
