Thank you! turns out the problem was somewhere between my neck and my hair. You have to be sitting in the passenger seat for it to work - and I was too dumb to figure that out. really appreciate the help.

Thank you! I got the modules to show up. I now have massage function in the driver’s seat - but not in passenger. The passenger seat adjusts with the pump, but doesn’t let me select massage. I’ll keep working at it - thanks again and if you have any advice, I’ll take it.

Can you explain a bit more what you mean by turning the config on in the bcmc? Is that in FDRS or in FORscan?

I just pushed several updates through FDRS - including ones to the WGM (Gateway A) and APIM. Now my massaging seat modules won’t show up in FORscan or FDRS…. Anyone have a similar issue?

Ok - it took me longer than it should, but I think I have installed all of the parts and I have the seats back in. I tested the buttons / the seat controls work except for what used to be lumbar (the circle switch). I am hoping that is because I have to install module. I looked at it and...

I ended up at 1,856.31 using varsity ford parts. Allegedly they have all shipped and will be here Saturday - but I am traveling until Thursday, so I may try installing weekend after next.

Update: the diagnosis is the heat exchanger. Looks like I was completely wrong about the wastegate linkage. Part should be here today or tomorrow. Let’s hope it takes care of the noise.

Dropped it off today. It made the noise loud and clear when I first started it up. I get to the dealer and of course it wouldn’t make the noise. I had sent the service representative the videos, so they know what to look for. We’ll see how it goes. I will say the service advisor was...

This is a video of the noise from the passenger side. It can be heard better in the video, but in person, it is about the same volume / noticability from the side and from the engine bay.
