I have the system on my truck and that tab got bent as well from contact. maybe it is a part of the FX4 package (to make those protective tabs underneath the auto leveling headlight arm longer(?)), but on body roll like over a large speed bump the tab will contact the side of the RAS bracket...

Not sure what rpm were exactly, but I believe before I hit 2k. Again, not sure.

I did another ~400 miles today and it happened again, in tow/haul, 3d gear. Slight uphill climb, but not hard merge accel this time. I let off throttle and it hung in 3d for 3-4 seconds. I was not high rpm and had no traffic right behind me so didn’t attempt switching to manual as 12lariat21...

I am sure it was not more than 8 seconds, and on decel I believe it was around 3k rpm I switched.

I had the same issue, even when using second bolt hole as RAS instructed. My fix on 22 PB KR to miss AL headlight tabs was to ensure bolt heads were to the inside on the pivot arm and nuts/extra bolt length to the outside. That made everything clear by about 1/2 inch. Wish I would have known at...

Same happened to me with error code and rapid blinkers- thanks everyone for all of the info on this thread as I just pulled all fuses in the diagram Smitdog posted and reseated them- code went away on restart.

I was referring to the leaf leveler you said you hadn’t installed yet- if dealer is installing that as well then I would assume no issues as well. I just didn’t see the auto spring leaf kit as Ford endorsed when I reviewed.

Looks great. Curious if the AutoSpring 1.5 inch leaf kit you said you are installing next will affect your warranty or not? I have the same issue of a cap and kit on my 22 KR PB and would like that extra cargo capacity for sure ( their info says they add 950 Lbs capacity).
