Could I get a status on my OTA. Have had the same story as others, multiple trips to dealers, failed update attempts, APIM replacement, etc. Only progress was making the scheduled updates unlocked but no OTAs received since.

I assumed that the F-150 Order Tracking Tool mined info/data from Ford Vehicle Tracking; however, when I looked today there was a difference between the two with ETA end date. Anyone know where the ETA end date comes from if it isn’t on Ford Vehicle Tracking? On a side note, my ETA end date...
