Sorry - I meant when a trailer is connected, not just the tow/haul mode switch setting.

I have the same truck, bone stock. The blind spot camera display turns on automatically when the turn signal is on, and in tow/haul mode. Not sure if there is a setting for it or not.

Kinda dumb that this electric motorized folding shifter is always included, but it's like $1000 to get a hinge and extra plastic bits for the "work surface". There is no logical reason for this, only marketing reasons to upsell a package. They should include the folding lever only with the work...
